Mary has been practicing yoga for 10 years, teaching with the Modo Yoga community philosophy of making yoga open and accessible to all.

Mary also has a Certificate in Positive Psychology, studying with Tal Ben Shahar, Harvard Professor and one of the world's leading experts in Positive Psychology. She brings her knowledge of the science to help individuals and organizations thrive.
